About this place
From the moment the doors open at 8:00 until the evening glow settles outside, people filter in and out of think coffee for a thoughtfully prepared drink. The counter prepares a versatile lineup suited to any mood or weather, ranging from hand-drip single origins and blends like the Tokyo Blend, Ethiopia, Nicaragua, and Colombia (11:00–17:00) to silky nitro cold brews and the sharp effervescence of a black tonic espresso. Velvety café lattes and flat whites can also be customized with soy milk, oat milk, or decaf.
For food, the café offers a substantial bagel selection. The classic NYC Bagel Sandwich—layered with smoked salmon, cream cheese, tomato, onion, and capers—serves just as well for a quick bite as it does for a proper lunch. Other options include the sweet-savory Maple Pastrami Gouda and a Vegan Bagel Sandwich packed with fresh vegetables and creamy spread. Warm panini-pressed tuna melts, grilled cheese sandwiches, and rich New York cheesecake gently baked in a water bath round out the menu for anyone looking for something more substantial.
Facing the street in Kanda-Nishikicho, the café spans 1F and 2F across 2 floors, equipped with Wi-Fi and outdoor terrace seating. After picking up an order on the 1st floor, guests can head up to the open 2nd floor to work on a laptop, read, or simply recharge during a walk. Toward the evening, a set featuring wine with 3 types of nibbles alongside craft beer becomes available, making it an easy stop throughout the day.
